You may inspect and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and fit. For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods; you then have a further 14 days to send them back.

Please include original tags, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Missing tags or original packaging do not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights. A lawful deduction may apply if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary reduces the item's value.

Chic Vista covers return postage for eligible returns, including changes of mind or size. Email contact@chicvistashop.com for the correct return address and postage arrangements. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details and statutory exceptions.
