Shipping & Delivery
We offer free UK delivery. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from order confirmation, including order processing and transit. Working days are Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking details.
Returns & Refunds
You may inspect and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and fit. For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods; you then have a further 14 days to send them back.
Please include original tags, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Missing tags or original packaging do not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights. A lawful deduction may apply if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary reduces the item's value.
