You may inspect and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and fit. For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods; you then have a further 14 days to send them back.
Please include original tags, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Missing tags or original packaging do not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights. A lawful deduction may apply if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary reduces the item's value.
